Client: Volkswagen

Model Year 2024 Atlas Launch CRM Communication

The campaign was for the most important vehicle launch of the year. Atlas is a customer favourite, and the 2024 model underwent a significant overhaul. The email had three versions for different prospective customer segments. The email was sent in English and French.

 

My role:

  • Resourced a creative team and developed a timeline for email deployment.

  • Set up meetings for internal review and client presentations. 

  • Provide feedback to the creative team based on the strategy of the project.

  • Acted as a liaison between the creative, client, data and E-mail development team.

  • Provided biweekly updates to client services and senior management.

  • Work with Legal, Translations and Proofreading to prepare the final copy and assets.

  • Brief the Data and E-mail team on the campaign requirements and provide a timeline to follow.

Fully Charged EV Show- Multiple Deliverables

The campaign was to spread awareness for an Electric Vehicle show happening in Vancouver. The campaign required three deliverables: Social Post, CRM Module and update a Lead capture form.

 

My role:

  • Resourced a creative team and developed a timeline for email deployment.

  • Set up meetings for internal review and client presentations. 

  • Provide feedback to the creative team based on the strategy of the project.

  • Acted as a liaison between the creative, client, data and E-mail development team.

  • Provided biweekly updates to client services and senior management.

  • Work with Legal, Translations and Proofreading to prepare the final copy and assets.

  • Worked with the production team to purchase images for the social post and the backdrop image. Worked with the estimate provided, went over the budget and worked on the PO approval.

Think Clean- Bin There Dump That

Created a marketing plan for a nonprofit, then built a website that acted as the cornerstone of nonprofit’s marketing program. Presented the marketing plan and website with a slideshow that featured the team's research, objectives, and KPIs.

 The Project covered answers to the following questions:

  • What are your nonprofit’s largest audience segments?

  • What are each audience segment’s pain points?

  • How will your messaging change when speaking to different segments?

  • What are your nonprofit’s biggest competitors?

My role: Target Audience, Customer Personas, Marketing Plan and Website Ideation and Creation.

Bookworm Rewards by Indigo

Created a loyalty program for a Indigo to re-engage past customers and encourage future purchases. Developed marketing objectives, a multi-channel digital marketing strategy, and KPIs. Also, created channel-specific campaigns for paid search, display advertising, and social media to attract new and existing customers to the loyalty program. 

My role: Ideation of the Loyalty Plan, Retargeting Plan, Social Media and Ad Strategy for LinkedIn and Instagram, Marketing Brief.
